This Delivery, Shipping, Return & Refund Policy governs the purchase, dispatch, delivery, cancellation, return, and refund of pharmaceutical and healthcare products supplied by Chandrawati Enterprises, a registered pharmaceutical distributor operating in India. By placing an order on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Orders for medicines, pharmaceutical formulations, and healthcare products are usually processed and dispatched within one to two business days after order confirmation and verification of valid drug license details. After dispatch, delivery is typically completed within five to seven business days depending on the destination, logistics partner, and regional accessibility. Business days are considered from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
To ensure efficient pharmaceutical logistics and compliance with wholesale distribution norms, a minimum order value of INR 4,000 (net value excluding GST) is applicable per order. Orders below this threshold may not be accepted or processed.
Chandrawati Enterprises currently offers delivery of medicines and healthcare products without any additional shipping charges. In exceptional cases where special handling or remote area delivery is required, applicable charges, if any, will be communicated transparently at the time of order placement.
While we strive for timely delivery of pharmaceutical consignments, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including transportation disruptions, regulatory checks, natural calamities, pandemics, strikes, or force majeure events. In such situations, customers will be informed about revised delivery timelines through their registered communication channels.
In compliance with drug distribution regulations, the billing and shipping address must strictly match the address mentioned in the Drug License submitted during registration or verification. Delivery to alternative or unregistered addresses is not permitted under pharmaceutical compliance norms.
Orders can be cancelled without penalty before they are dispatched by the seller. Once dispatched, orders containing medicines or healthcare products cannot be cancelled. If cancellation occurs during transit, return-to-origin logistics charges of INR 212 may be applicable and deducted accordingly.
Customers may choose from Cash on Delivery (COD) or prepaid payment methods including UPI, net banking, debit cards, credit cards, and digital wallets. Select verified customers may also be offered partial prepayment options to facilitate bulk pharmaceutical purchases.
Partial prepayment allows eligible customers to pay a portion of the order value in advance, ranging from ten percent to fifty percent, with the balance payable at the time of delivery. This facility is offered at the discretion of Chandrawati Enterprises based on customer history and compliance status.
Due to the sensitive nature of medicines and healthcare products, returns are accepted only in cases of faulty supply. Faulty supply includes incorrect product delivery, damaged packaging, broken items, or products delivered in a non-saleable condition. Issues must be reported within twenty-four hours of delivery along with clear images, invoice copy, and an unboxing video.
Refunds for prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are generally processed within three to five business days. Refunds related to returned shipments are initiated only after receipt and verification of returned goods by the seller, and may be subject to applicable logistics and handling deductions.
Returned medicines and pharmaceutical products must be securely packed using bubble wrap and appropriate corrugated packaging to prevent damage during transit. Refunds or replacements may be denied if damage occurs due to improper or inadequate packaging during return shipment.
Chandrawati Enterprises reserves the right to amend this policy at any time to align with regulatory requirements, operational changes, or business needs. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
